More news to share. We have chosen our in house farrier and vet. Pat McNeely will be taking on horse footcare with Dr. Lawrence Butler and the team at the Ottawa Valley Large Animal Centre providing veterinary services.

Not only are these well known professionals in the region, they are also located close to Elmcrest Equestrian Center, helping us to provide the best in horse care!

Elmcrest to Close

I would like to thank all of those who supported the Elmcrest Equestrian endeavor this past year. In particular I would like to thank the Elmcrest barn managers, Kristy House and Amanda Dunklin (and her team),  for their efforts at different times, and their continuing commitment to the horse and rider communities.

It is still a wonderful world.

Thank you,

Evelyn Drescher, co-owner

Riding is Personal.

For some, riding is about developing, refining and advancing skills of both horse and rider to see how far they can go down a competitive path.  For others, it is to learn about themselves as much as about riding and gaining trust and self-confidence each time they ride.  There are those who will be getting on a horse for the first time, at whatever age, and others, who will school their dressage movements, count their distances and polish their equitation.

For all, there is a complete education of the horse sport in and out of the tack.

This is Elmcrest Equestrian Centre.

A personal journey supported by a place and people who want you to achieve your goals.
